Reclaim your Sunday with a restorative, hands-on workshop dedicated to skin health, nervous system regulation, and self-care.

Led by Glasshouse founder/facialist and holistic wellness practitioner Olivia Crighton, Sunday Self-Care combines guided self-facial massage techniques, grounding meditation, and expert skincare education. Drawing on years of experience in organic beauty and natural health, Olivia will guide you through targeted facial massage routines to relieve jaw and facial tension, boost lymphatic drainage, and restore your natural glow.

In this session, you will explore:

• Guided Facial Massage & Lymphatic Drainage: Learn step-by-step techniques to release tension, improve circulation, and tone facial muscles using natural oils.

• Nutrition for Beauty: Discuss and discover internal, evidence-based nutritional strategies and herbal support tailored for specific skin concerns, from stress breakouts to inflammation.

• Mindful Meditation: Settle into a gentle, grounding meditation designed to lower cortisol levels and calm an overstimulated nervous system.

• Mindful Beauty Goodie Bag: Take home a curated mini goodie bag featuring clean skincare samples to explore and continue your self-care ritual at home.

Public Health Alignment Fulfills the NHS Five Ways to Wellbeing pillars (Keep Learning, Connect, and Take Notice) by teaching practical preventative health habits, reducing urban stress, and fostering peer connection in a peaceful studio setting.

Who It’s For Anyone looking to address stress-related skin concerns, learn natural facial massage techniques, or simply enjoy an intentional, screen-free Sunday morning near London Fields.

Investment & Accessible Pricing Tiers

We operate a sliding scale investment model to ensure our sessions remain open and accessible to everyone in our East London community. Please select the tier that best reflects your current financial situation when reserving your spot:

  • Standard Investment (£25): Covers the full cost of your workshop experience and directly helps cross-subsidise free and low-cost places for fellow community members.

  • Subsidised Ticket (£10): A reduced-rate option designed for low-income workers, students, single parents, or those navigating financial stress.

  • Community Place (£0 / Free): Fully funded places reserved for local Hackney residents receiving income-related benefits, universal credit, or experiencing severe financial hardship.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to our strict 10-person limit and non-profit operational model, all workshop bookings are non-refundable.

If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as early as possible. If we are able to fill your spot from our waiting list, we will gladly issue you a full refund. Otherwise, your booking fee will be retained to cover venue costs and practitioner fees, or used to subsidise a free place for a local resident in financial need.
